Conditions: Shelley's is a Non-Smoking
establishment. Shelley's is unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age
and pets. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or a
curtailment Shelley's reserves the right to charge the total value of
the booking. No reduction whatsoever is made for temporary absence, meals not
taken or for departure earlier than booked. Shelley's reserves the
right at all times to change, amend or cancel any reservation without prior

Exmoor Breaks apply Sun, Mon
& Tues and/or Weds, Thurs & Fri. and exclude Sat. and Bank
Holiday Weekends. The daily room rate shown above
represents a discount for booking direct and a reduction on our standard
quoted room rack rates that may be seen through
some agents.
