Booking Conditions &
Cancellation/Postponement Policy:
Shelley's is unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age.
Shelley's is unable to accommodate
pets.
Shelley's is an entirely
'Non-Smoking' establishment.
Shelley's is licensed to sell alcohol.
Guests are requested to pay a deposit of
£100 per room or the full amount for single night bookings and bookings through agents to secure a reservation. Deposits are deemed to compensate for any inconvenience, administration, fees and losses caused by cancellation and therefore are not refundable. If you cancel a single night booking for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.
If a deposit is not received
within 7 days of making the booking the reservation will not be secured.
If the reservation is
cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no further fee will be
charged.
If the reservation is
cancelled later or in case of no-show, curtailment or delay, Shelley's
reserves the right to charge the total price of the reservation.
Shelley’s reserves the
right to change, amend or cancel any reservation without prior notice.
No reduction whatsoever
is made for temporary absence, meals not taken or for departure earlier than
booked.
In the event of a cancellation, both parties should endeavour to re-let the
accommodation.
To avoid any misunderstanding a verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal
contract, the person making the reservation is
legally liable.
In the event of a postponement
deposits are transferable subject to availability and at Shelley's discretion.
A postponement is permitted only if a new reservation is booked immediately.
Said new reservation must be for Shelley's current season (up to & incl.
Sat. 1st Oct. 2011) and to no lesser value than the original booking.
A second postponement is not permitted.
Shelley's recommends
the purchase of annual travel insurance.

being purchased or enquired about and is only used for administering the supply of the product or service and collecting payment.
Shelley's may very very occasionally contact you about promotions and
offers.
Shelley's will not share your details with any third party whatsoever.
